Do not rent here. The space itself is fine, but it is terrible during winter and very difficult to heat even with a space heater. There have been multiple flooding issues. The biggest issue is the landlords living downstairs — they are controlling, paranoid, and at times aggressive. When I went to complain about flooding for the third time in under two weeks, I was told to ‘fuck off and live somewhere else’. Loved the space itself but could not handle the lack of maintenance and living on the same property as people who made me feel unsafe.
