We lived in this apartment for around sixteen months and found it to be a well-managed and fairly priced rental. Rent remained affordable, with just one small increase during a period of interest rate rises. Any issues that arose were handled quickly, and both the landlord and the agency were responsive and fair. When we needed to end the lease early, they were understanding, did not charge any break fees, and returned our full bond after we cleaned the property ourselves. Overall, it was a straightforward and positive renting experience.
