Terrible old place. The car park was a nightmare — people from the nearby Ryde shops constantly parked in the spots meant for tenants and nothing was ever done about it. The unit was infested with bugs and the balcony door dropped glass shards every time it was opened, which felt pretty unsafe. One night the door actually fell off its hinges completely and it was freezing cold. We had to deal with it ourselves just to keep the cold out. The paint inside was flaking off everywhere like no one had touched it in years and the whole place was full of mould. Just really poorly maintained and not worth the stress.
