There was mould and cracks in the walls. The doors didn’t meet the floor so massive spiders and even a snake got inside. The shower door broke constantly. The landlord refused to maintain the communal garden and we had to cut back branches with kitchen scissors just to reach our front door. They raised the rent in the middle of our lease even though there were nicer, more modern properties on the same street for less. At one inspection, they turned up with at least five extra people without giving us any notice.
