This property was advertised at $360 per week near the beach, but the condition appeared extremely poor. The block had multiple small dwellings placed close together with little separation between units, creating limited privacy and a neglected feel.
The property appeared to have serious condition issues, including broken windows covered with plastic or boards, damaged awnings, stained carpets, poor repairs and makeshift fixes such as garbage bags, shade cloth and timber being used instead of proper materials. The kitchen and bathroom appeared dirty and poorly maintained, with visible mould, damaged surfaces and broken fittings.
The bedrooms and living areas also showed signs of damage, including holes, missing fixtures and poor structural presentation. Overall, the property looked unsafe, badly maintained and far below an acceptable rental standard. Prospective tenants should inspect very carefully before considering it.
