Leased as recently refurbished and it has been excellent. The REA has been reasonable to deal with, which is unlike my past experiences. Worth noting: the unit next door is privately owned social housing and the tenant can range from unremarkable to highly unstable. On one occasion they attempted to break into the apartment. Even with that experience, I am still giving the property a good rating overall.
