The property was advertised online as bright, clean and modern. In reality the unit was much darker than expected, although otherwise mostly similar to the listing photos. The outdoor area was a positive feature.
The major concern was significant visible damage in the bedroom, including damage to the roof and sideboards. The agent conducting the inspection was unable to explain the cause or whether repairs were planned. Considering the asking price of $440 per week, the condition raised serious concerns about value and maintenance.
