The unit was plagued with mould the bathroom especially was constantly covered, and the benchtop was mouldy until it was eventually replaced. The landlord refused to carry out proper repairs and even tried to take my full bond when I moved out. Thankfully, she didn’t get it. Living here was stressful and unhealthy due to the persistent mould issues.
