The agent repeatedly pushed back on maintenance requests regarding mould in the wardrobes and bathroom. The bathroom was repainted but not with bathroom paint, so the mould returned almost immediately. Requests to replace the bathroom fan were dismissed despite it clearly being ineffective. The oven was unreliable and often did not work, and the agent also resisted sending someone out to repair it.
