Lived here from for 2 years everything worked fine and there was no mould. The landlord was responsive with maintenance and sorted anything that needed fixing. Real estate was easy to deal with and pretty decent overall. Rent was a bit under market if you stayed more than one lease and didn’t cause issues otherwise it was very transactional. Master bedroom has a carpenter ant problem that never really got solved pest guy couldn’t get rid of them they’re harmless but a pain in summer. The neighbour feeds lorikeets every morning around 630 which gets noisy but the rest of the time they’re quiet and friendly.
