We lived in Unit 4 for a year. The property is actually a house that's been split into four studio apartments.
Honestly, it was one of the worst rentals we’ve had in Brisbane. There were mice, cockroaches and ants from the start, and the place never really felt clean or secure. Some of the window panes were missing, which meant rain and cold air would come straight through into the unit.
The stove didn’t work at all, the kitchen tap was broken, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom. Every shower felt like you were just adding to the damp.
Communication with the agency was frustrating. Getting a reply to an email took at least a month, if they replied at all.
The driveway out front was broken and uneven, and under the house was a dumping ground for the landlord’s junk. We saw snakes, mice nests, and just piles of rubbish left down there.
Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
