We rented this unit before COVID and left in 2021. The property was in poor condition from the start, with dirty walls and ceilings. The gas heater broke in winter and took months to fix, leaving the place freezing due to large gaps around windows and doors. The dishwasher failed after a few uses and was found to be infested with cockroaches, suggesting a lack of inspection before leasing. The garage roof leaked heavily whenever it rained, destroying stored items, and the back door was swollen and not weatherproof. While the landlord himself was friendly, the real estate agency was unhelpful and slow to respond to every repair. The unit stayed cold in winter, hot in summer, and overall felt neglected. There was no mould or major structural danger, but it was uncomfortable and overpriced for 10 a week.
