We lived here for a year and nothing was ever repaired. The oven was already broken when we moved in and stayed that way the entire lease. Later the air conditioner began leaking across the living room, soaking into the bedroom carpet, but no one was ever sent to fix it. Being a corner apartment, it turned into an unbearable hot box during summer. The blackout blind in the bedroom was also broken and either had to stay on the floor or completely rolled up. Again, nothing was fixed despite repeated issues. Apartment 2702 was a constant frustration and disappointment.
