We had ongoing health problems the entire time we lived there, and it was pretty clear the conditions were to blame.

Every storm turned into a nightmare. All three bedrooms would leak from the inside, and the bay window roof actually collapsed during one downpour. Water soaked into the carpet and ceiling, but nothing was ever properly fixed. The carpet stayed wet and was never replaced. The main bathroom floor started to give way. They eventually sent someone to patch it up, but the rotted boards under the shower were just left there.

The whole unit had persistent mould and damp problems. You could smell it, feel it, and see it in multiple areas.
