I shared a room with another woman here for a few months. The gym, jacuzzi and pool were accessible but not the cleanest. To use the sauna and the BBQ area, one needed to book ahead but I couldn't as you need to book in building A but I was in building B so I wasn't able to use them.
Every month the property manager would turn up for a surprise inspection. I now know this is not OK but it was a student share house. They would take photos of the unit and then send everyone in the unit an email telling us we had 24 hours to clean what they pointed out and send photos back. They said there would be a fine to pay if we didn't comply.
It was a very noisy place. The building next to us (building A) we called the party building. Every weekend there were multiple parties with loud music/talking/yelling.
