Black mould was absolutely everywhere and when I reported it the real estate agent blamed me and then stopped responding altogether. There were broken windows in the bathroom that I flagged early on and they were never fixed during the entire tenancy. The fire alarms in the building were faulty and went off at least seven times, usually in the middle of the night around 3am. Each time the fire brigade had to come out to shut it off because the system wouldn’t reset on its own. The agency was fully aware of it and still never fixed the problem. Between the mould, broken windows, and constant fire alarm disturbances, the place was a nightmare to live in and no one seemed to care.
