There was black mould in the bathroom that was never properly addressed and appeared to be painted over after we left. An upstairs boiler burst and flooded into our bedroom and we were not compensated.
The apartment had no air conditioning and was extremely small for the price. After vacating, the real estate agent refused to release our bond claiming the exit clean was not good enough. We were also asked to keep paying electricity for an additional two weeks, which coincided with their inspection and viewing dates.
Overall the property was overpriced for its size and condition, with poor maintenance and handling at the end of the tenancy.
