Lived here for a while now and still can't get the wardrobe doors fixed. It seems like they have come from a long time ago, obnoxiously heavy and hang from the top of the frame only. They frequently come off the roller and sometimes break due to the heavy doors. Many tradies have come in to take a look just can't understand why the owner doesn't fix it once and for all.

It's a great place otherwise. Replaced the kitchen not long ago which was good as it was in much need of an upgrade so won't be complaining about that. Although for some reason the balcony tap stopped working after this and it took a couple of months to get fixed. Doesn't seem like the owner cares too much about small things but only things that if left not fixed the place won't be as 'rentable'.
