It was an absolute dump. I lived there for years and by the time I left, I’d paid nearly as much in rent as the owner had paid to buy the place, around $78,000. The front door would lock you out if it shut behind you, and interior doors would slam open if the windows were open. The foundation was shifting. Cracks were forming, and I was told I’d be the one held responsible. Now it’s been relisted with AI staged photos that look nothing like the real thing.
