The apartment itself is small but functional and in a great location. However, the shower has a major leak. Every time it is used, water gushes out and the landlords have refused to properly fix it due to cost. We were left to manage it ourselves, and there are concerns that any repair may just be a temporary silicone patch rather than a proper solution.
The rental agency handled the issue poorly. The leak was reported in June and not properly diagnosed until October due to lack of handover while the property manager was on leave. Requests for a rent reduction were dismissed, and there were communication issues regarding rent payments. Overall, the location is excellent, but maintenance and communication were disappointing.
