The location is excellent, however the property had numerous maintenance and safety issues. Wardrobe doors did not fit their tracks, the toilet was not secured to the floor and the hot water system was shared across multiple units, resulting in repeated outages. The kitchen was left dirty, the oven worked inconsistently and there was a rat living beneath the sink.
The lounge carpet was unsecured and street-facing windows would not close properly. The balcony had rust, damaged drainpipes and appeared not to comply with building standards. The undercover car park security door frequently failed, leading to people squatting in the area and requiring repeated follow up with the agency. Overall the property's condition did not match expectations despite its excellent location.
