When I first moved in, I had no idea the bathroom had a major roof leak. Every time it rained, water would pour in through both the roof and the window sill, flooding the entire bathroom floor. I reported it more than once, but no one seemed to take it seriously, and the issue was never fixed the whole time I lived there. The unit also felt damp year-round, and I ended up losing some fairly expensive personal items to mould damage. To make things worse, I’ve heard the rent has only gone up since I left — and I doubt anything’s been done to improve the place.
