Although close to the city, this property is falsely marketed as a two-person apartment when it’s clearly a small single-person studio. The toilet often struggles to flush properly, the insulation is so poor that mould develops easily, and the walls are so thin that removing Blu-Tack rips the paint off. The agency provides a terrible experience — they ignore all tenant concerns yet have no hesitation charging excessive fees once you move out.
