Overall a decent one-bedroom apartment in the CBD, but with several frustrating issues. The rental photos are outdated — a massive 50-storey building now stands directly opposite, blocking most natural light and reducing privacy. During winter, condensation becomes severe, forming puddles on window sills and causing recurring mould even with multiple DampRid containers. Carpets were filthy on move-in, yet I was asked to pay for professional cleaning when leaving. The building managers enforce rules rigidly and the body-corp restrictions are excessive. Rent rose from 00 to 90 per week within 12 months, and I later found out they leased it again for 30 — highly questionable. Great location, but poor value and very little transparency.
