This penthouse made me and my disabled son acutely unwell — we required an ambulance. I paid 00 for an independent mould test and the report stated the unit was unfit for human habitation. I notified the agency and NSW Fair Trading, but nothing changed. Rent was ,500 per week. The environmental scientist (NSJ Envirosciences, Mayfield NSW) advised it’s likely the wider building has contamination issues, meaning others could be affected too. An extremely dangerous and distressing experience.
