The apartment was leased to me with known leaks in the main bedroom and mould throughout the carpet. The entire building has long-term damp and structural leak issues, making it impossible to stay on top of the mould. I had previously lived in other units in the same block and enjoyed the area, but when La Niña began, the persistent water and mould problems made the place unlivable. Raine & Horne Maroubra failed to address the root causes, and tenants continue to suffer the same recurring issues.
