I lived in this property for two months and was abruptly told to vacate via text because the landlords, who were subletting without approval from the agency, were being evicted themselves. The experience was stressful and confusing. One landlord reassured me I could stay, but given their inconsistency, I chose to find another place immediately. When I moved out, they attempted to withhold part of my bond despite having no signed lease agreement and having been the ones to request I leave. Only part of the bond was returned after repeated follow-ups. The property itself was lovely, but the landlords were extremely unprofessional and caused unnecessary distress.
