The structure had serious maintenance concerns. Drainage regularly blocked due to old ceramic pipes and there were ongoing issues with outdated wiring. Maintenance was extremely difficult to organise and when it was completed, it felt minimal and reactive rather than properly addressing the root cause.
There were concerns about roof integrity, possums in the ceiling and potential asbestos in the backyard. Shared services were poorly managed and communication around repairs was frustrating. Trades were not always appropriately licensed and safety standards were questionable.
Overall the experience felt unsafe and poorly maintained, with constant disruptions and a lack of accountability. I would not recommend the property.
