The agency itself caused few problems, but the landlord was truly dreadful. He frequently arrived at the property unannounced, missed arranged visits that he had requested, and ignored an urgent structural fault for over 12 months. He even lied during ACAT proceedings to avoid accountability. After three years we were evicted under the claim that he was moving in, but the property was re-rented with the same structural fault still present. Tenants should be wary of the unsafe garage arch and pillar.
