This house was overrun with mice they were so bold they ran across the couch while we were sitting on it. We ended up killing dozens every day because the landlord and agency refused to arrange proper pest control. On top of that, there was a leak in the living room floor that created toxic black mould, and again no action was taken.
Communication from the agency was poor, with most requests ignored unless it suited them. A handful of staff were decent, but overall the experience was terrible and the property unsafe to live in.
