The owners of this property would regularly arrive unannounced, often weekly, under the pretext of 'dropping things off'. They complained when the back gate was locked, insisting on access without prior notice, which severely undermined privacy and tenant rights. Upon moving out, we stored belongings in the backyard temporarily. When we returned the next day, we found that the owner had taken many of our more valuable items without permission. This experience was deeply distressing, with repeated invasions of privacy and outright theft. The property itself was manageable, but the landlord and management practices were unacceptable. Tenants should be aware of the serious boundary and respect issues at this property.
