From day one this property was a health hazard. The kitchen window was broken and boarded with cardboard, and black mould covered the internal windows. It took over two weeks of daily chasing for the landlord to even address it. There was a major cockroach infestation inside and out, sagging ceilings, mouldy damp laundry, and a constant foul smell throughout the house. Heavy rain revealed water damage in the hallway ceiling. With no insulation, the property was freezing in winter and dangerously hot in summer (35+ degrees) with no air conditioning. The gas heater smelled toxic, and the garage was overrun with rats. The agent ignored repeated complaints. We endured a stressful 12 months before moving out — absolutely unsafe and not fit to live in. Avoid at all costs.
