The building had persistent mould problems that worsened in wet weather. In my unit, mould regularly appeared on ceilings and walls even with the windows kept open. Long-term neighbours mentioned that leaks and mould had been reported before, but the same agent dismissed the concerns. When I moved in there were dead cockroaches and eggs in the carpet, yet no explanation was offered. The landlord was still keen to raise the rent despite the unresolved issues. The location was convenient, but the condition and management of the property made it a poor experience overall.
