House was feral on move-in and not cleaned properly. The agent wanted the house professionally cleaned when I transferred the lease to another tenant I sourced, clearly to hide the condition as a new agreement. Repairs took months. No fly screens despite the townhouse complex being heavily infested with cockroaches in summer, so they all came inside. No air conditioning, and upstairs windows only open about 5cm, meaning you either freeze in winter or get overrun by cockroaches in summer. The real estate agent was the worst I have dealt with — incompetent, money hungry, and refused to install fly screens despite requests. Do not rent this house or deal with this agency.
