I inspected this place and the issues were obvious. Mould had been painted over, a broken light fitting was taped up with hazard tape, drawers were missing or damaged and the access ramp was very slippery. One bedroom still had stickers and drawings on the walls. For the asking rent it felt poorly maintained and not ready for a new tenant.
