The property itself was reasonable, but dealing with the landlord was difficult from the start. They dismissed the managing agent on the day we moved in and then tried to charge us for on-street parking and to use the garage. They also expected us to pay for repairs that were needed before we even moved in. It was frustrating and felt unfair to take responsibility for problems that clearly existed beforehand.
