Dilapidated house with rotting timbers, no insulation, rusting pipes, leaking sewage, black mould, holes in external walls letting animals into the ceiling, etc etc. Far too many issues to mention. Rich slumlord who owns many properties in the Ballarat area absolutely refuses to ever open his wallet to fix anything at all. Ballarat Real Estate is happy to NEVER follow up on any maintenance requests except unavoidable emergency issues. Had to go to tribunal for basic repairs to the decaying property. Some issues took literal YEARS to be addressed.
