It took ages for them to fix anything, even stuff that was clearly broken from the start. But when it came to rent increases, they were lightning fast. After we moved out and left the place clean and empty, the agent forwarded an email asking us to scrub the showers better and fix the carpets. We had already left the place cleaner than it was when we moved in. Felt like they were just trying to squeeze that last bit out of us on the way out.
