The property had completely rusted guttering and no proper drainage, causing water to pool and settle under the house after every rainfall. Blocked pipes filled with silt caused greywater to mix into a foul black sludge that lingered for weeks, making the house smell like sewage. The front concrete stairs were crumbling and close to collapsing on several occasions. Despite repeated reports, no repairs were made — the landlord is also the principal of the agency, and staff appeared either too afraid or too close to the owner to take any action. Avoid this place at all costs.
