Overall, the house is fairly good but definitely shows its age. There were issues with a cracked pipe causing toilet problems and cracked roof tiles that led to a ceiling leak. The stairs are extremely steep and awkward — even professional movers struggled with them. The real estate agents are polite and professional, but you always need to chase them at least once for maintenance, even for issues that could cause property damage. The backyard has been overgrown since we moved in, despite being shown as neat and tidy in the listing photos. A decent home overall, but with room for improvement in upkeep and property management.
