Pros: The property manager has been excellent, responding quickly and actioning requests promptly. The landlord has maintained a reasonable rental price throughout our tenancy. The property is approximately 15 years old and maintenance staff are available during business hours, often attending to issues within the same day.
Cons: Parking is limited, with one space per property and only a small number of visitor parks that are usually full. Street parking is extremely limited and the property is not eligible for residential parking permits. Surrounding areas are heavily restricted and inspectors are diligent, which can make parking difficult.
