During my tenancy, the wooden sliding door in the laundry began falling apart and was never repaired despite multiple requests. The property manager frequently scheduled routine inspections but often failed to attend without explanation. Cockroaches regularly came out of the kitchen sink, and the lock on the garage door was broken from the start of the lease. When I moved out, the agency unfairly deducted the cost of that same lock from my bond. Overall, the property was poorly maintained and communication from the agency was unreliable.
