Ground floor corner unit at Murdoch Street and Hampden Avenue. The property is mouldy, with bare earth visible under the kitchen sink extending around the entire kitchen. There’s no heating or cooling, and the owner failed to lodge the bond with Rental Bonds Online or issue rent receipts. Poorly maintained and non-compliant with rental requirements — avoid.
