When I lived at this property it had serious damp and mould issues. Many of my belongings were affected, and it made the place uncomfortable to live in. Aside from that, the house itself was pleasant and well laid out, and the real estate agent was friendly and easy to deal with. I received my full bond back when moving out, and the issue with damp may have since been resolved.
