Bathroom floor had collapsed when we moved in along with holes in the walls and broken tiles. It took six months to fix and even then they tried to backdate the rent reduction saying the work was finished when there was still stuff broken. The first bathroom still has no grout between the tiles. There was a cockroach infestation and now there’s a slug problem too. Roof leaks when it rains. The front fence is falling apart and the gutters don’t drain properly. Garden walls are crumbling and even the outdoor table is rotten and collapsing. They advertised the place for 650 a week then upped it to 700 just before move in. Said it had aircon but there isn’t any. I’m sure there’s more I’ve forgotten.
