I lived here for around a year and a half. The LED lights required an electrician to replace, but the landlord became annoyed whenever repairs didn’t all happen at once. The banister on the steep stairs was broken and despite being 24 weeks pregnant I had to chase the agency for over six weeks before it was fixed. The landlord was verbally abusive to me and even the real estate agents, who seemed to be his friends or family and not interested in helping. Rent was raised from around 85 to 00, which felt unfair and unaffordable. Overall the experience was stressful and I would not recommend this property.
