Pretty good rental overall. Reasonably priced, spacious and full of light. The agency was pleasant to deal with and the landlord was responsive. Much better than the listing photos suggested. Cons: the top floor gets unbearably hot in summer with no air conditioning – the main bedroom becomes unusable. There’s also a leak in the lounge room ceiling that the body corporate refuses to properly repair.
