Literally dangerous. The property is in disrepair, with a laundry converted into a kitchen and ongoing mould issues. It shares a single internal wall with the landlord’s residence with zero soundproofing. The landlord’s adult son is violent and regularly screams so loudly it feels like he’s in the room. Police attended multiple times, including once at 1am, mistaking our home for theirs. When the front door lock broke, the agency failed to respond for days. During that time, a man entered our home looking for the landlord’s son and stood in my bedroom before leaving. The agency was informed of all safety concerns and did absolutely nothing.
