The house itself wasn’t terrible, but it was overpriced for its condition. There were scuff marks on nearly every wall and floor, rust in the bathtub, and a narrow, poorly designed kitchen with obvious DIY paint jobs. The previous tenants warned us about issues with the property manager, and they were right. When vacating, our cleaner did a thorough job with photo evidence, yet the PM still demanded 20 for their own cleaner without providing any proof of problems. They even tried to claim for damage that was already listed in the ingoing report, including rust in the bath and marks on walls. When we refused to pay, they took it to the tribunal, then withdrew their application two days before the hearing. Unprofessional, petty, and dishonest behaviour from Capital One Real Estate Kanwal — especially that particular property manager. Avoid at all costs.
