The landlords lived nearby and constantly interfered with our tenancy. They maintained the front yard but refused to allow our kids to play on it. During summer when we set up a slip and slide, they demanded it be removed. They frequently arrived at the house unannounced, and on moving day sat by the letterbox for hours watching us pack and leave. The agency did nothing to address this behaviour, leaving us without support. Very invasive and unpleasant rental experience.
